Just follow these simple steps:

Boosted Razer Silver for Razer Exclusives on Razer Game Store rewards you with more Razer Silver compared to a non-Razer-Exclusive game purchase. At the checkout page, the amount of Razer Silver that you earn will be displayed and is final.

Q. What benefits do I get when I pay with Razer Gold?

When you pay using Razer Gold, you'll enjoy the highest tier of Razer Silver reward - that means you earn more Razer Silver when you pay with Razer Gold than with any other payment method for all games. Do note that all other Razer Silver promotions (e.g. Razer Exclusives) cannot be stacked on top of this.

Q. I want a refund for my purchase(s).

All purchases made on the Razer Game Store are final and non-refundable. However, if you feel that there is an exceptional issue with your purchase, do not hesitate to contact us so we may review it on a case to case basis.

For all refund requests, do take note of the following:

  1. The decision made on all refunds by Razer after review is final.
  2. Viewing or activating the game key, claiming vouchers which came with purchases or using the Razer Silver reward earned from the purchase to be refunded would make it less likely for your refund request to be accepted.
  3. If a refund is accepted, we will automatically revoke and/or disable the game keys, vouchers, hardware products, Razer Silver and any other related benefits which were made available to you as part of your purchase.

Q. My purchase is pending and I have not received my game keys yet.

While most purchases on the Razer Game Store are immediate, there's an extremely small chance that your purchase may require a manual review as a part of our fraud protection process. Such reviews are processed within 15 minutes during our customer support hours:

Q. The game key I purchased does not work.

The Razer Game Store sells a variety of game keys such as Steam and Uplay keys. Steam keys are to be activated in Steam while Uplay keys are to be activated in Uplay. Check the type of key you have purchased and make sure that you are activating it using the correct client.

Q. I have yet to receive my pre-ordered game.

We will send you the product key right at the game's release date.

In the meantime, you should have received a confirmation email from us. This indicates that your order has been successfully received and that your game key will be delivered upon the game's release date.

Q. Where can I view the game keys I have previously purchased?

You can view your game keys in your account page. To do so, simply:

  1. Sign in to the Razer Game Store.
  2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" under the "MY ACCOUNT" menu.

You should be able to see all your games and keys under the "My products" tab.
